Human Resource - People Development Analyst

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
- Develop People Development and Talent Management Guidelines for Astra Group
- Run talent development program across Astra Group
- Maintain and up date talent information system
- Maintain and up date Division Knowledge Management

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Having minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resource Area especially People Development and Talent Management
- Having a good conceptual thinking as well as operational excellence
- Having a good interpersonal and communication skill
- Having passion in developing people
- Good analytical thinking
- Able to use basic Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
